One of the most popular calming tools would have to be diffusers. Ordinarily, diffusers are used to help with sinus issues but that’s not their only purpose. When looking around for one you will notice that there are a variety of different types of diffusers on the market. Sometimes when you are overwhelmed and stressed all you need is something else to block out the external noise. Now you can go ahead and use music if that works for you.

However, if that just causes you to have sensory overload, you can go with white noise. White noise is a sound that helps you calm down and even sleep. This tool may seem a bit odd but it has proven to really help. We are talking about breathing. When you are stressed it may seem like you are breathing as always but you are not. That’s why there are breathing techniques that can help regulate your breathing and calm your mind. There are a variety of different tools you can use to calm down.
