Cow Milk Or Almond Milk?

When it comes to your health and wellness, what you put in your body is very important. With that said, we do have a lot of control over what we eat and don’t eat. You are spoilt with options and there are many places that cater to your needs. Now there are many health and wellness influencers and blogs that prompt different lifestyles and eating habits. One of which is alternative kinds of milk. Yes, that sounds a bit weird but it really isn’t. There are simply other types of milk besides cow’s milk. Now you may be wondering which is better and that’s why you are here.

People have been drinking cow’s milk for centuries. It is healthy, organic, and well cost-effective. There are also a number of great vitamins in cow’s milk. This includes potassium, B12, calcium, and vitamin D to mention a few. But that isn’t the only reason why people drink it. Cow’s milk goes with a number of different things. For example, it goes well with coffee, tea, cakes, and even pancakes. Now there is one small problem when it comes to cow’s milk. The only problem with cow’s milk is that not everyone can enjoy it. Some people have health conditions that don’t allow them to drink cow’s milk.

If you don’t already know this but there are people who are lactose intolerant which means that they can’t drink milk. There are also some people who are vegan or vegetarian and they also can’t drink cow’s milk. So what do they drink and enjoy? Well, this is where almond milk comes in. You see unlike cow’s milk, almond milk is from a nut which makes it safe for vegans and vegetarians to enjoy. Whether or not it is better than cow’s milk is totally up to you. Yes, there are differences but only you can decide on which one you should have.
