Running is by far one of the most popular ways of keeping fit. A good reason why people prefer running is that you don’t need any equipment to do it. This means that there is no extra cost to you and you can honestly do it whenever you want. Now with that said there are people who actually prefer to run every day. But there are some concerns with regards to running every day. Some people want to know if running every day is bad for you and that’s honestly a reasonable question to have. To simply answer this question bluntly, there aren’t really any cons to running every day. This means that if you feel like running is the only way you can get in shape or keep fit then you can do it. Running is a great way to get your heart pumping and get you sweating. Now there are a few things that you need to keep in mind before you start taking running a bit more seriously. One of which will be your health. You should know that if you aren’t feeling too well or well if you have the flu then you should know that you shouldn’t be working out.

When your body is trying to fight the flu, getting up and going for a run isn’t the best thing you can do. Yes, it may seem like it will help you fight the flu it really won’t. Running will only increase your heart rate which will make your body even weaker than it was before. Another concern you should keep in mind when running is your heart health. Your heart is something that plays a big role when running and therefore you should make sure that you can actually do it. Starting off with a jog will be a great start and if you are still concerned then you should see your doctor.
