The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor is an RPG (role-playing game) and MMO (massively multiplayer online) game developed by the ZeniMax Online Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. The game released on the 9th of June 2020. It released on PS4 along with PC and Xbox One.
This game emerged as one of the biggest titles to come for PS4 in 2020. Players now would get access to an open-world game where they can explore the whole of it along with the addition of the previous chapters. You will get a game with a new plot along with new quests, cells, and funny ventures. Those players who already have bought Elder Scrolls Online were in wait of it and will love to play it too because that one has started to lose that impact and popularity.
Greymoor can be considered as an adventure back to Skyrim, especially the Western Skyrim. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim old players will recognize that huge map. The roads and rivers that lead towards the dread city of Solitude are mostly the same as the previous ones. Crisscrossing those would create a different impact on the players too.
The game story also meets with the old ones, such as those same mischievous vampires which decide to ruin the peace of Skyrim’s. The main story is truly amusing as you plan to remove inhuman dark practices whereas the adventure truly is a hit and miss case. You would see very beautifully designed dungeons along with delightful fighting actions whereas some may cushion the proceedings with endless lead chasing busywork.
You can see that the Elders Scrolls Online harsh massively multiplayer online architecture is reflecting its old age. Considering that it does have its amusing gameplay, the game’s optional quests do not excite that much. You would observe that many of them come to a very standard type of tasks if you are even using a high powered character. At the core of the game, you would see Elder Scrolls Online taking the excellent game mechanics from its previous franchises and creating a new area that is filled with allies and foes from all of the 7 interesting chapters of the game.
However, you would love spending your time in the new Antiquities section. It provides you with the possibility to gain some unique housing items and equipment of some sort. If you want to discover those items, it certainly will take your time and diligence to find them. The addition of little funny minigames like magical scrying and relic excavation is really fun to play, but their integration to gameplay that has become quite old does not make things seem coherent. Graphically, this game looks very good on the PS4 considering the age of the game engine. The city of Solitude does look magnificent along with its open huge worlds. Audio is also very good which relay helps you in immersing in the game which is also a masterpiece in terms of voice acting. Soundtracks however are shopworn, calming somehow.
If the player is a fan of the ESO, then the Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor will add some space in the game which demands some wide-open spaced world along with visually impressive looking spots which astonish you at the prodigy of Skyrim. The main story somehow is indeed cliched along with the villain, you still have a lot of stuff to do before interacting with the NPCs, cunning opponents, etc. You still would have a lot to find and fight for. This title would take you at a maximum of 15 hours of playtime to finish it, but if you are there for the taste of new quests, you can increase that by two times.
